Community
Partnership

Our Vision is to achieve participation, training and mentoring of local staff and the mentoring of landowners to ensure stability and benefit for all stakeholders.

Broadly, Governments, Landowners and Commercial organisations all want to achieve the same outcome –stability, prosperity and development of their stakeholders, community and people. Paladin has identified that Community Partnership models are the most effective method of achieving stabilisation and security outcomes. Profit must come as a benefit to the community, not just as a goal of the organisation.

We implement a Build, Operate, Transfer model with partners & people underpinned by the following principles:

Build, Operate, Transfer

  • Employing a minimum of 95% national workforce across all operations;
  • Training of national personnel to international standards in security;
  • Mentoring & promotion of personnel into management roles; and
  • Employing local, buying local and fostering local community relationships.

Case Study

Paladin has successfully implemented a number of community partnership models thus providing a secure and professional environment in order to reduce safety, operational, security and project risks for clients & partners.

Paladin’s Land Partnership model puts the community at the centre of its business where security becomes an outcome of relationships not just services

MANUS ISLAND

The Paladin and Manus Island land partnership was a successful demonstration of the Paladin process and values. By working closely with the local personnel, Paladin was able to implement a highly functional land partnership and foster close working relationships.
